Psicosuite integrates with Google Calendar to provide seamless appointment management and scheduling capabilities. This integration enhances your practice management by synchronizing appointments between Psicosuite and your Google Calendar.

Purpose of Data Access

We request access to your Google Calendar data solely for the following purposes:

  • To create, read, update, and delete calendar events related to your therapy appointments and sessions
  • To synchronize appointments between Psicosuite and your Google Calendar, ensuring your schedule is always up to date across both platforms
  • To send automated appointment reminders to you and your patients
  • To display your calendar availability when scheduling new appointments
  • To prevent scheduling conflicts by checking your existing calendar events

Data Access Scope

When you authorize Psicosuite to access your Google Calendar, we request the following permissions:

  • Read your calendar events to check availability and prevent conflicts
  • Create new calendar events for scheduled appointments
  • Update existing calendar events when appointment details change
  • Delete calendar events when appointments are cancelled
  • Access your basic profile information (name and email) to identify your account

Data Security and Privacy

When you revoke access, we will immediately stop accessing your Google Calendar data, though previously synchronized appointments may remain in your calendar.
