Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy governs refunds for subscription services provided by Psicosuite, operated by STOec, a company registered in Ecuador. By subscribing to our services, you agree to this Refund Policy. This policy applies to all subscription plans and payment methods, including PayPal. All refund requests are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

  • Refund requests made within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase, provided the subscription has not been actively used for billing purposes
  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing core features of the service, and which we are unable to resolve within 14 days of your report
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors on our part
  • Cancellation of service due to our violation of our Terms of Service

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Consumed subscription periods: Once a billing period has been used, that period is non-refundable
  • Change of mind after the 30-day refund window has expired
  • Failure to use the service or lack of understanding of features
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must contact our support team at [email protected] within the applicable refund period. Please include your account email, subscription plan details, reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Refund requests are processed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.

5. Processing Time and Method

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription (PayPal). If the original payment method is no longer available, we may require alternative verification. Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original payment.

6. Partial Refunds and Proration

Partial refunds may be available for unused portions of annual subscriptions if cancellation occurs within the first 30 days. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for partial refunds. Any refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining unused period, minus any applicable processing fees or discounts that were applied to the original purchase.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider (PayPal) without first contacting our support team, your account may be immediately suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to resolve any billing issues. Chargebacks may result in additional fees and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.
