Psicosuite Email Terms and Conditions

These Email Terms and Conditions ("Email Terms") describe how Psicosuite uses email communications to communicate with users and their patients. By enrolling in and using our email notification service, you agree to these Email Terms.

1. Program Description

Psicosuite provides email notifications to help users and their patients manage appointments and related updates. Email messages may include, but are not limited to: appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, rescheduling notifications, cancellations, account updates, billing information, and other administrative communications related to your use of Psicosuite.

2. Consent and Opt-In

You only receive email messages from Psicosuite after you have explicitly opted in or created an account.

To opt in, you must:

  • Create an account at https://psicosuite.com.
  • Provide a valid email address during registration or in your account settings.
  • Enable email notifications in Settings → Notifications (if applicable).

By providing your email address and using our service, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the email address provided and that you consent to receive email messages from Psicosuite related to your account, appointments, and service updates.

If you enable email notifications for a patient, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from that patient or their legal guardian in accordance with applicable law.

3. Message Types and Frequency

Email message types include appointment reminders, confirmations, changes, cancellations, account verification, password resets, billing notifications, service updates, and other similar communications related to your use of Psicosuite.

Email frequency may vary depending on your appointment activity, account activity, and notification settings within Psicosuite. You may receive transactional emails (such as account verification) and promotional or informational emails based on your preferences.

4. Fees and Charges

Psicosuite does not charge a separate fee for email notifications. Email communications are included as part of our service.

You are responsible for any internet or data charges associated with accessing and receiving email messages. Standard email delivery is free, but you may incur charges from your internet service provider or mobile carrier for data usage.

5. Opt-Out (Unsubscribe)

You may opt out of promotional and informational email messages at any time, though you may continue to receive transactional emails necessary for account management.

To stop receiving promotional emails, you can:

  • Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any promotional email message; or
  • Log in to your Psicosuite account, go to Settings → Notifications, and disable email notification preferences.

Please note that even if you unsubscribe from promotional emails, you will continue to receive transactional emails that are essential for your account operation, such as password resets, appointment confirmations, and billing notifications, as these are necessary for the service to function properly.

6. Help and Support

If you need help with the email service or have questions about email communications, you can:

  • Reply directly to any email message you receive from Psicosuite; or

We will do our best to assist you with any questions about our email notifications and communications.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We use your email address and email communication data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
